**Shipping & Return Policy**

*Shipping Policy*

Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

*Shipping Rates and Estimates:*
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- We offer free standard shipping on orders over CAD $100 within Canada.

*Estimated Delivery Times:*
- Within British Columbia: 2-5 business days.
- Other provinces in Canada: 5-10 business days.
- United States: 7-14 business days.
- International: 14-21 business days.

*Shipping to P.O. Boxes:*
- We ship to P.O. boxes within Canada.

*Order Tracking:*
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

*Customs, Duties, and Taxes:*
- Green Forest Furniture & Design is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

**Return Policy**

*Return Period:*
- You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

*Eligibility for Returns:*
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Custom orders do not qualify for returns.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- You need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

*Return Process:*
- To initiate a return, please contact us at greenforestfurnitureanddesign@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

*Refunds:*
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

*Exchanges:*
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

*Return Shipping Costs:*
- Return shipping costs will be covered by Green Forest Furniture & Design if the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
- For all other returns, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
